हिंदी में सार: यह डिजिटल PDF है जो भुगतान के तुरंत बाद मिल जाती है, इसलिए भुगतान के बाद रद्द नहीं हो सकती और डाउनलोड के बाद सामान्यतः रिफ़ंड नहीं होता। लेकिन अगर पैसा कटा और PDF नहीं मिली, दो बार पैसा कटा, या फ़ाइल ख़राब है और हम ठीक नहीं कर पाए, तो पूरा पैसा वापस मिलेगा। स्वीकृत रिफ़ंड 5–7 कार्यदिवस में उसी भुगतान माध्यम में लौटाया जाता है।
1. Cancellation
Our product is a digital PDF delivered immediately after successful payment. Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.
2. When you are eligible for a full refund
- Your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link, and we were unable to deliver the PDF within 48 hours of your email.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working file within 48 hours.
3. When refunds are not given
Because the product is digital and can be kept after download, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or after the PDF has been successfully delivered, except in the cases above.
4. How to request a refund
Email admin@naukrinotes.in within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay Payment ID and the reason. We will reply within 2 working days.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days and credited to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
6. Failed payments
If money was deducted but the payment failed, it is usually reversed automatically by Razorpay or your bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, please contact us with the transaction details.
