This policy explains what information naukrinotes.in (operated by Eduyear) collects and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

• At checkout: your name, email address and phone number, which you enter on the Razorpay payment page, and payment details such as the payment ID, amount and status.
• When you contact us: the information you include in your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank login details. These are handled only by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

2. How we use it

• To process your payment and deliver the PDF.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds.
• To meet legal and accounting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments) and our website host. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Razorpay payment page may use cookies needed for secure payment, under Razorpay's own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We keep payment records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting laws, and support emails for up to 2 years.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information (except records we must keep by law) by emailing admin@naukrinotes.in.

7. Children

If you are under 18, please make the purchase with the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. Grievance Officer
